SHIPPING and RETURN

                                                                                         RETURN POLICY

Desirable Madam carefully inspect items before shipping.  If you should receive an item(s) that's defective, please do not worry, we have an easy return policy.  We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause in the process.  Not happy with your product(s)?  Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if undergarment(s) haven't been worn.  Sale items (if applicable) only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

                                                How to replace defective items

1. Send an email immediately (desirablemadam@aol.com) or within 3 days of receiving the product and a picture/video of the defective item(s).

2. Once the item(s) has been confirmed defective (confirmation usually take one day) the process for an exchange or refund will begin.  If the request is for a refund, it will be process back to the original method of payment.

3. If you are not able to provide pictures or video of the defective item(s), all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All shipping charges for returns will borne by you.  After item(s) have been received and inspected for defect, shipping charges for refund will be refunded.

                                             Can I cancel before shipping?

1. Cancellations can be accepted before shipment.  Orders already processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returning or exchanging and item(s) other than quality defect, you will be responsible for the shipping and redelivery shipping cost.

3. Return/Exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of the item(s).

                                         Can I return an item if it has been worn?

1.  You can ONLY return item(s) that are in the same condition as you received them-undated and unwashed and packaging attached. 

          

                                                               Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirming it within you.  The refunds will be refunded back to original method of payment (credit or debit cards usually take an additional 3-7 business days).
